• Items can be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
• A fee of 20 SAR will apply to all exchanges.
• To initiate an exchange, email support@thebasiclook.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.

Refund Policy

• Items can be refunded within 14 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
• A fee of 20 SAR will be deducted from your refund amount.
• If the refund is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item), the refund will be processed for free.
• To initiate a refund, email support@thebasiclook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Processing Time

• Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
